BAPTISM/ BAUTISMO

 

All Forms and necessary paperwork must be printed and returned to the parish office or emailed to Cynthia Johnson at  cjohnson@standrewrcc.org before a date can be given for a Baptism.

• RSVP for Baptism Preparation Class for a Baptism at St. Andrew

 

• RSVP for Baptism Preparation Class for a Baptism outside St. Andrew

 

• Godparent Eligibility Form (Letter of Eligibility)- to be completed by the godparent and certified by the godparents' parish

•  Certificado de elegiblidad del Padrino/Madrina - Este formulario debe ser completado por el padrino/madrina y certificado por la parroquia de los padrinos

 

 

 

CONFIRMATION SPONSOR/PADRINO/MADRINA DE CONFIRMACIÓN

Confirmation Sponsor Eligibility Letter Form

 

This form is to be used for all St. Andrew parishioners who have been asked to be a Confirmation sponsor and need to provide a Letter of Eligibility from the parish. 

 

 *Deben imprimir o enviar por correo  electrónico a Antonio Pineda en apineda@standrewrcc.org todos los formularios antes de que se pueda dar una fecha para un bautismo.

 

Certificado de elegiblidad del Padrino/Madrina

 

Este formulario deben usarlo para todos los feligreses de St. Andrew a quienes se les ha pedido que sean patrocinadores de Confirmación y necesitan proporcionar una Carta de Elegibilidad de la parroquia.

 

 

 

MARRIAGE

You must be an active registered member of St. Andrew for at least six (6) months before calling to set an appointment with a priest. If you have any questions please contact Tania Muriel at tania@standrewrcc.org.
