Pentecost Confirmation 2024
ARE YOU AN ADULT WHO NEEDS THE SACRAMENT OF CONFIRMATION?
If you’re an adult who was baptized in the Catholic Church, but has never completed your initiation into the Church by receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation, you can contact us to learn about the preparation process.
Adults receive Confirmation on Pentecost Sunday (50 days after Easter, usually late May through early June) at Epiphany Cathedral in Venice, Florida.
In 2024 Pentecost Sunday falls on May 19th.
Preparation for the sacrament occurs throughout the spring months culminating in the reception of Confirmation at the Cathedral.
However, because adults’ situations are often complicated and unique, this preparation process must begin with an interview that needs to take place before November 30th.
