Registration 09-10

Registering your children for Faith Formation Classes does not automatically register your family in the parish, or update your family's registration. New families are encouraged to complete both forms, Parish Registration and Faith Formation Registration. Families who attended last year and are adding a new child need only complete the Faith Formation Form. Returning families are encouraged to keep their family's parish registration current by contacting the Parish Office at 574-4545 or sacc@standrewrcc.org.

Registration fees for Faith Formation Classes help to defray the cost of textbooks, materials, and resources used throughout the year.

Registration Dates:

The location for the times below is the St. Andrew Parish hall (not school cafeteria). Times vary. Read carefully.

Tues., August 18th, from 4:00PM - 6:30PM,
Thurs., August 20th, from 4:00PM - 6:00PM.
Tues., August 25th, from 4:00PM - 6:00PM,
Thurs., August 27th, from 4:00PM - 6:30PM.
Tues., September 1st, from 4:00PM - 6:00PM,
Thurs., September 3rd, from 4:00PM - 6:00PM.

Registration by Appointment:

New option! For your convenience.

In addition to the dates listed above, parents who have children entering Level-1, or Communion preparation, or Confirmation preparation, may register their family at the Faith Formation Office throughout the weeks of August. It is necessary to make an appointment in order to use this option. Without an appointment, we will not be able to register your family. Simply call the Faith Formation Office at 574-2411.

Registration Fee:

The fee is $35.00 per child or $80.00 for three or more children.

In addition, there is a Sacramental Fee of $12.00 per family for those families who have a child who will celebrate a sacrament this year.

Sensitive to the needs of families, especially in the present economic conditions, fees are capped at $80.00 per family. Scholarships are available to help with the cost for families in need.

Baptismal Certificate:

It is absolutely necessary to present a copy of the baptismal certificate for any child who did not attend last year.
