Stewardship in Parish
Life It is our
prayer that parishioners will be generous with their time, talent and
treasure to their church and to each other; to cultivate a spirit of
responsibility and proprietorship for all God’s earthly gifts –
especially parish facilities; providing skills and know-how in
management of parish financial resources and obligations; and in all
things, to support St. Andrew’s mission.

To
have all families and individuals attending St. Andrew to complete a
church registration form and turn into the parish office

To
increase the understanding of stewardship in our personal and family
life – the giving of our time, talent and treasure as gifts from God.

To
increase our service to the poor and needy of our church and
community.

To
increase the number of parishioners that feel connected to our church.

To
increase the number of volunteers to help carry out the church’s
program – everyone has gifts to offer and volunteers are always needed
and welcome.

To
increase the number of households giving to the church on a regular
basis through the use of weekly stewardship envelopes. Just because
you miss going to church on a weekend, the bills still must be paid.

To
improve the feeling of community by helping members to know one
another people and to get involved.

To
increase awareness of the ministries of the parish and work to
strengthen the leadership of ministry groups to increase their
dynamics, service and membership.

To
help increase the understanding and financial support of the Catholic
Faith Appeal, which is an annual financial assessment of our church by
the Diocese of Venice to support a long list of services and programs
coordinated by the diocese.

To
help our parish by serving as a catalyst to help parishioners feel a
sense of pride, confidence and ownership in our parish.

To
encourage parishioners to understand the need and provide the support
for additional church facilities that will keep up with the growth of
our community and the need for such facilities to help carryout the
mission of St. Andrew Catholic Community.

increase the school endowment and planned gifts to support the parish
